Chilhowee Lake Bridge jumpers 2009 page one
All of the photographs on this page were done June 24th, or later .
It was not long ago that we could camp beside Chilhowee lake along US Highway 129, but this is not possible at this time. If camping were to be allowed again, a lot of the people jumping from the bridge, would be swimming from near their campsites.
There are very few public places now for swimming or camping on our lakes. This is a shame.
